With Cargonexx, we want to solve this problem and therefore, have developed a platform that automatically avoids empty capacities through state-of-the-art technologies.
We want to have you on our mission to build an environmentally friendly and digitized logistics industry. Therefore, we are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer - UX/UI (m/f/d).

  That shall be applied to our user experience as well. We work tirelessly to create best user experience possible. We need you to constantly evolve our design to match our users needs.
What you can do
- Create your own design blend of an innovative yet unbelievably intuitive, consistent look & feel of the product
- Contribute to the creation of a design system together with the engineering team
- Work closely with the PO to build, ship and maintain their product
- Initiate outstanding design solutions with user-centered ideation techniques
- Develop conceptual models, user flows, and wireframes to document UX requirements
- Designs accurate interactive prototypes and set animation standards
- Gain deep insights by constantly conducting UX research in the B2B and B2C environment
- Facilitates a lean UX process as part of agile software development
What you should be capable of
- You spent at least 2-3 years in an agile environment
- You took full ownership of defining and implementing UI/UX for various branches and responsive layouts
- You are experienced in setting up and maintaining design systems and pattern libraries
- You lead product discoveries and validated hypotheses as part of the product development process
- You easily handle writing simple and clear design documentation for various stakeholders
- You contributed to an incremental rollout approach and helped to identify the essentials in a product
- You prioritized design tasks and communicated decisions & ideas
- You have been part of defining an MVP and helped to prioritize UI/UX features
- You are very proficient in building B2B user interfaces but have a B2C mindset
- You have excellent knowledge working with at least one of the following or similar design tools: Invision, Sketch, Axure, Figma, etc.
- You have a general understanding of HTML and CSS in order to be on the same page with developers
- You are proficient in English writing and spoken language
